Virginia Bartlett is not a physician or psychologist, and the scope of his/her online blog posts, events, articles, lectures, resources and consultation services do not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I, the client, suspect I may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician immediately. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs.
Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete understanding history of health for Virginia Bartlett. Any change in prescription or dosage is a decision the client makes with his or her physician.
Rather than dealing with treatment of disease, Virginia focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of compassionate and attentive healing touch modalities to achieve optimal health. As a licensed massage therapist and certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Virginia Bartlett primarily educates and assesses clients’ current needs for their health by inviting the client to participate in a conversation about their current goals and needs.
While people generally experience greater health and wellness from Healing Touch sessions, Virginia Bartlett does not promise or guarantee improvement in symptoms or the protection from future illness. Care given is based off of Healing Touch Methods available to other Certified Healing Touch Practitioners.
